Description
We are seeking a Referendar or scientific assistant to join our team in the energy sector, focusing on regulatory and contractual matters.
As a Referendar or scientific assistant, you will be involved in the mandate work from the beginning, supporting us in particular with legal research, analysis of new statutory developments, preparation of notes and pleadings, and design and negotiation of energy-related contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Support in legal research and analysis of new statutory developments
- Preparation of notes and pleadings
- Design and negotiation of energy-related contracts
- Insights into administrative and court proceedings as well as practical implementation of regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- At least satisfactory completion of the first state examination or completed part of the first state examination at a German university
- Good English language skills
- Safe and reflective handling of digital work tools and AI-based research and work tools
- Enjoyment of challenging legal work
- Enthusiasm for capturing and processing complex facts and questions related to the energy transition
- Joy in working in an international team
