We are seeking highly motivated and talented Trainee Lawyers to join our Corporate Law/M&A team in Frankfurt from January 2027.
As a Trainee Lawyer in our Corporate Law/M&A team, you will work on national and international M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings of international corporations. You will advise clients on complex corporate governance issues, organ liability, and compliance.
Key areas of focus:
- National and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and transactions in regulated markets
- Corporate restructuring and development of group structures
- Advising management bodies on strategic decisions and complex corporate governance issues
- Advice on shareholder meetings and defence of companies against shareholder claims
