Job Summary: As an engineer at Pfizer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating preventive maintenance activities, monitoring and analyzing maintenance costs, and managing spare parts.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate equipment preventive maintenance activities
- Monitor and analyze preventive maintenance activities
- Analyze corrective maintenance activities and improve maintenance procedures
- Manage spare parts
- Monitor and analyze preventive and corrective maintenance costs
- Plan and coordinate equipment modernization
Requirements:
- Master's degree in technical science
- Proficiency in Croatian and English language
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong tendency for teamwork
- Adaptable, systematic, and punctual
