Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead Visa's commercial business growth across France, Belgium and Luxembourg, focusing on business development, strategic partnerships, and expanding Visa's B2B payments ecosystem.
The successful candidate will drive the adoption of Visa Commercial Solutions, including Commercial Cards, Virtual Cards, B2B Payments and B2B Acceptance solutions, across banks, fintechs, ERP platforms, software providers, and other B2B ecosystem participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of Visa Commercial Solutions growth strategy across France, Belgium and Luxembourg
- Originate, develop and close new business opportunities with financial institutions, fintechs, corporates and ecosystem partners
- Drive adoption of Visa Commercial Cards, Virtual Cards and innovative B2B payment solutions
- Support the development of Visa's B2B Acceptance strategy
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with issuers, fintechs, strategic partners and key industry stakeholders
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs and new growth opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client strategies and accelerate revenue growth
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Represent Visa Commercial Solutions at customer meetings, industry events and internal leadership forums
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or partnership management, preferably in payments, financial services or fintech
- Strong commercial acumen and sales discipline
- Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem
- Experience in Commercial Cards, Virtual Cards, Payables solutions, Working Capital solutions and/or B2B Payments is highly desirable
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
