Maintenance Supervisor (KTP)

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead transformation and drive performance in our operations. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, ensure quality, and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment for optimal performance and empowerment.
• Champion workplace safety, enforcing regulations and promoting vigilance.
• Drive operational excellence, meeting production targets and addressing performance shortcomings.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and address safety and quality issues promptly.
• Develop and implement solutions, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Foster a positive work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improving processes and driving innovation.
• Address and mediate conflicts fairly, building strong working relationships.
• Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness.
• Collaborate with team members, unions, and management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is advantageous.

This position is a grade 7 salary, ranging from $86,600-$144,900.
