Description
Syneos Health is seeking a SAS II professional to join their Clinical Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality deliverables at the country level, following project requirements and applicable country rules. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing quality deliverables and tracking milestone progress
- Monitoring financial aspects of projects and escalating discrepancies
- Reviewing and complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
- Supporting continuous improvement of quality in Site Start-Up (SSU) components
- Acting as a liaison and facilitator between investigational sites and functional leads
- Providing local regulatory intelligence and supporting data protection activities
- May be asked to perform additional tasks such as Local Investigator Contract and Budget Negotiator
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Detailed understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP
- Ability to understand clinical protocols and associated study specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
