Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Galleries Washington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
Working Hours: Monday: 12pm - 4pm Tuesday: 12pm - 4pm Friday: 12pm - 4pm Saturday: 12pm - 4pm
Additional Shifts: Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, staying focused and composed under busy conditions
- Digital confidence, with experience using technology to improve customer interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods
