Description
We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage and monitor clinical studies at various sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing project plans, monitoring study sites, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage clinical study sites, including routine monitoring and closeout activities
- Ensure study staff receive proper materials and instructions for conducting the study
- Verify informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are followed
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform monitoring tasks efficiently, managing travel expenses according to company policy
- Prepare trip reports and interact with internal teams and vendors
- Manage registry and feasibility activities, participate in quality control visits, and track serious adverse events
- Assist with training and development of new employees
Requirements:
- University or college degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, life sciences)
- Six months of experience in a related role (e.g., site management, study coordinator)
- Basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines and clinical trial processes
- Fluent in local office language and English
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience in a related field (e.g., medical, clinical, pharmaceutical)
- On-site monitoring experience
- Understanding of medical and clinical research terminology
- Experience using clinical trial management systems
