We are seeking a highly strategic, data-centric product leader to drive the vision and execution of a complex suite of data platforms supporting AML, Compliance, and broader risk management efforts.
As a Senior Director of Product Management and a key member of our leadership team, you will guide a large, multi-disciplinary group of product managers and data analysts to build the shared data foundation that powers our entire product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Guide a large team of product managers and data analysts to build a shared data foundation
- Architect scalable solutions that ingest, translate, and standardize complex data elements from across all of Capital One’s Lines of Business (LOBs)
- Partner with upstream data producers, downstream consumers, ontologists, product leaders, and senior business leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
