Description
HPE Networking is seeking a Project Manager Client Management. As a Project Manager Client Management, you will provide end-to-end orchestration for Mega Account initiatives, engaging with PM representatives across all participating organizations to track workstream activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
You will lead internal projects to ensure they meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations through planning, controlling, and managing. You will also manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing internal projects with budgets detailed in the Impact section, which may include large/complex/single or multiple regions.
- Managing project financials, including business impact, to meet or exceed approved budgets and provide reliable financial forecasts to Management.
- Managing stakeholder relationships, particularly upper-level stakeholders.
- Managing project teams of generally more than 20 people from multiple countries, mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members, and providing detailed performance review input and development recommendations.
Requirements include:
- First-level university degree.
- 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
- PMP Certification.
We offer a hybrid work environment, with an expectation of working on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
