Description
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our security product strategy. You will own the vision, roadmap, and build vs buy decisions for our security offerings. Your responsibilities will include setting the multi-year investment strategy, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing, and driving go-to-market for security launches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings
- Collaborate with engineering on database security, networking, and identity management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship secure products
- Translate complex security requirements into specifications and user stories
- Prioritize backlog and make trade-off decisions
- Drive go-to-market for security launches
- Monitor security feature performance and inform future development
- Provide guidance and coaching to PMs on security-adjacent problems
- Represent our security posture externally
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on security
- Hands-on experience with database security, networking, and IAM
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred
- Strong program management skills
- Experience representing product externally and communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to guide and mentor other PMs
