Description
We are seeking an IT Team Manager to lead our Global Field Sales Applications team at Red Bull's headquarters in Austria.
You will drive the global IT field sales tool strategy, aligning with the sales leadership team and other stakeholders to advance field sales process automation and digitalization, including AI technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the global field sales tool roadmap
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT Project Managers and IT Service Owners
- Ensure robust governance, clear standards, and efficient processes for global tool rollouts and operations
- Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of field sales applications
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience with field sales applications, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience in an IT context
- Strong IT and AI expertise, with a solid understanding of applying AI technologies to business processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
