As a Store Manager at NEXT's London Fenchurch Street location, you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best.
The role involves leading a high-performing team, providing an excellent customer experience, and ensuring accurate stock processes. You will be part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, identifying opportunities and adding value to the business.
