Description
As a Retail Optical Manager at Asda, you will oversee the entire operation of the optical department, ensuring high-quality patient service. Your responsibilities include managing a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, overseeing compliance processes, reviewing sales forecasting and department targets, and dealing with customer queries.
You will also be responsible for clinic management, managing the shop floor process, and coaching and developing your team. You will work closely with an Optometrist and need to be confident in coaching others, provide excellent customer and patient care, and be driven and ambitious to meet department targets.
