Description
We are seeking a Global Commodity Manager for Printed Circuit Boards. This role is responsible for executing commodity/category strategies worldwide, ensuring procurement channel and category strategies are delivered for internal projects and 3rd party products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise across all levels of assignments by understanding business division and overall industry;
- Focus on development activities and introducing new processes, programs, and methods;
- Monitor and analyze owned programs, delivery solutions, processes, and technology linkages;
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams on large and complex projects;
- Provide broad-level analytic and innovative solutions;
- Develop and execute broad, horizontal strategic plans, initiatives, and proposals.
Requirements:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience;
- Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain function;
- Global procurement experience required;
- Advanced understanding of procurement processes;
- Strong business application skills;
- Advanced communication skills;
- Advanced project management skills and leadership.
