Seasonal Job at Target

We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 4850 E Southport Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46237-3321.

The starting hourly rate is $16.00 USD per hour.

Our seasonal roles offer opportunities to gain experience in various areas, including:

• Guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Retail business fundamentals, such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
• Executing daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

We are looking for individuals who:

• Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment
• Are passionate about providing excellent service to our guests
• Are comfortable stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Are not looking for a traditional Monday-to-Friday job with computer work

Some key skills required for the role include:

• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quick resolution of guest questions
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

Additional requirements include:

• Accurately handling cash register operations
• Climbing up and down ladders
• Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
