Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join the Player Domain within the Ubisoft Data Office. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge existing data models, and provide clear analysis to reduce the time needed to obtain insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to understand their needs and provide constructive feedback to help them grow
- Analyse data and provide clear, relevant, and well-documented insights
- Adapt communication and approach to different audiences, both internal and external
- Work with Data Engineers to deliver demonstrations to end-users and promote solution adoption
- Facilitate meetings and ceremonies between different partners
- Ensure regular follow-up with users and maintain an effective feedback loop
- Proactively gather needs and usage from various teams
- Lead analyses to ensure high-quality data across all platforms
Project Management:
- Build and manage roadmaps with the Product Manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define roles and responsibilities using RACI matrices
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent SQL skills
- Basic knowledge of PySpark
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and ability to federate
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information
- Capacity to manage priorities with the Product Manager
- Proactivity, autonomy, and motivation are essential for success in this role
