Description
We are seeking a HEOR Associate Consultant to join our team in Tokyo or Osaka. As a HEOR Associate Consultant, you will contribute to outcome research through evidence creation in the medical and public health fields.
Responsibilities:
- Design surveys (PRO, PCS, DCE, Delphi panel, implementation science, etc.)
- Conduct interviews (concept elicitation, cognitive debriefing, etc.)
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data (using software such as NVivo, Atlas, etc.)
- Support client proposal and report writing (in Japanese and English)
- Communicate with clients, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to study concept consultation, academic presentation, and paper submission
Requirements:
- Experience in public health or epidemiology research (medical/pharmaceutical related experience is welcome)
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English skills (document creation and meeting participation)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle stress
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in survey design and interviews
- Knowledge of PRO, DCE, Delphi panel, and implementation science
- Basic analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Experience with qualitative analysis software (NVivo, Atlas, etc.)
- Communication experience with doctors, patients, and healthcare professionals
- International joint research or publication experience
- GCP knowledge (not required but preferred)
