Description
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.
As a VCA Director, you will lead VCA engagements in the market, using Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa's key clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing project pitches and securing new consulting assignments with clients
- Delivering consulting projects and resolving complex strategic problems
- Cultivating relationships with Visa's clients and partners
- Working cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring holistic solutions to clients
- Enabling growth and improving profitability across clients' payment businesses
- Supporting the VCA Singapore team in managing strategy, reporting, and operations
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, experience in designing and managing client consulting solutions, and experience in analyzing client journeys and developing strategies for client experience improvement.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
