The Enterprise Data Storage and Consumption team focuses on evolving the data ecosystem to enable real-time intelligent experiences, ensuring data is well-managed, easy to govern, and easy to find, understand, and use.
As a Sr. Director, Product Management, you will lead the data access product team and define the vision and roadmap for centralised data access decisioning tools. You will partner with product teams across Enterprise Data to define the destination for data access and work with second-line teams to identify data governance, enterprise security, and data policy enhancements.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700
- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
