As part of the Enterprise Services Risk Product Team, you will manage feature development across a platform that will help transform Risk Management with technology. You will work as the Product Manager for a high-performing Tech team and collaborate with Product, Tech, Design, and users to identify, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements and new features.
The role requires wearing multiple hats and working with various teams and risk advisors across the enterprise. You will need to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100
- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
