Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of IBM Content Management OnDemand (CMOD), OpenText Exstream platform, and Customer Content Services (CCS) application.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on document management capabilities such as compose, archival, retrieval, search, and transformation, supporting Important Business Service and critical customer journeys.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and define document management solutions using IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD), OpenText Exstream, and the Customer Content Services (CCS) application.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage the document retention strategy, ensuring compliance with the Group and country records retention framework.
- Contribute to technology evolution and platform roadmaps.
- Implement and optimise DevOps and automation practices using tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents.
- Present and document technical solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven solid experience with IBM CMOD platform.
- Proven experience with OpenText Exstream platform.
- Firm understanding of document management end-to-end.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
- Strong expertise in Mainframe, iSeries & Distributed platforms.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Oracle/Dynamo DB/PostgresSQL, and scripting languages.
- Experience with IBM CMOD Document Retention Framework.
- Strong API development skills.
