Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and reverse logistics
- Conduct stock audits to reduce shrink
- Oversee manpower management
- Ensure quality and efficiency on the ground
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for smooth operations
- Plan and manage reverse logistics
- Identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis
- Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency
- Implement FEFO and FIFO management
- Collaborate with the Dark Store operations team for material movement
Preferred Candidate:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in Fresh & Vegetables (F&V) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets
- Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven environment
