Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to keep our shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
Key responsibilities:
- You will work flexibly across the store, adapting to changing demands and priorities.
- Digital confidence is essential, as you will use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.
- Teamwork is crucial, as you will support colleagues across the store.
- Flexibility is vital, as you may need to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
This role requires mechanical aptitude, so applicants under 18 cannot be considered due to health and safety legislation.
The work pattern for this role is as follows: Week 1:
- Sunday: 10:00-18:00
- Monday: 10:00-18:00
- Thursday: 10:00-18:00
- Friday: 10:00-18:00
Week 2:
- Tuesday: 10:00-18:00
- Saturday: 10:00-18:00
Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
