Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Float. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the experience for one of our major product areas alongside your engineering and product counterparts. You will be responsible for designing software that supports billions of dollars in financial activity each year and is trusted by more than 10,000 Canadian businesses.
Our product areas include:
- Banking: moving and managing customer funds on Float
- Growth: making it easy for Canadian businesses to switch to Float and use all of our products
To be successful in this role, you should:

Additionally, you should be comfortable:
- Maintaining a high bar for craft, especially around visual and interaction design
- Prototyping in code, as we design all of our features on top of our real codebase
- Refining the scope of your work with imperfect information
