We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Cashier and Customer Service Representative to join our Private Banking team in Mannheim.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily cash balance and handling cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currencies
- Providing support to customers with various queries and requests
- Promoting digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers
- Referring customers to our financial advisors and ensuring high-quality customer data
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of private banking products and digital services
- Experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable
