Description
As a Loader Operative, you will be part of a crew responsible for collecting bins, boxes, and bags from householders and emptying them onto a waste collection vehicle. You will also carry out street cleansing activities such as sweeping and litter picking.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manual, physical or outdoor role is desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining safety and accuracy
- Willingness to work early morning starts
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends where required
- Must hold a Valid UK driving licence
