Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented lawyer to join our international capital markets practice. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clients on cross-border transactions and related regulatory matters. Our practice focuses on securities issuance, trading, and distribution, as well as financial market regulation and Brexit-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our team to advise clients on complex capital markets transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues across different jurisdictions and time zones
- Develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Completed or partially completed first state examination in law at a German university
- Strong interest in economic issues and processes
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment
