Description
We are seeking a trainee to join our Debt Capital Markets team, which advises financial and industrial companies, funds, and family offices on structured financing and other forms of refinancing of asset investments.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in economic connections and processes, very good English language skills, and a minimum of a satisfactory first state examination or a completed part of the first state examination at a German university.
Responsibilities:
- Work on debt capital markets transactions, including structured financing and refinancing of asset investments
- Collaborate with colleagues on national and international levels
- Develop knowledge and expertise in banking and capital markets law

Requirements:
- At least a satisfactory first state examination or a completed part of the first state examination at a German university
- Full or part-time (min. 2 days/week)
- Interest in economic connections and processes
- Very good English language skills
- Specialized knowledge in banking and capital markets law is desirable but not required
