Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll be working early mornings, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 00:00 to 08:00.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and drive growth in sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, flexible role, and successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
