Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, specifically Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 00:00 to 08:00. As a Customer Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering five-star service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling new food products
- Utilizing digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
