We're seeking a Concierge Specialist to join Velocity Black, a luxury concierge service acquired by Capital One. As a Concierge Specialist, you will communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service across dining, experiences, and retail.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service
- Liaise with every part of the business to ensure swift and effective resolution processes and effective handling of member issues
- Provide demonstrations of the product interface and an overview of the membership to members
- Complete end-to-end member requests
The skills and experience you need:
- Proven experience in luxury concierge or hospitality
- Adaptability and multitasking
- ‘Yes first’ mentality
- General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and clients
- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude
- Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
