Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Grafana Catalog team. The successful candidate will help grow the Grafana plugin ecosystem, working on the plugin catalog, Grafana Marketplace, and related features.
The Grafana Catalog team owns the full plugin lifecycle, from developer tooling to plugin delivery and review. The team is responsible for building new Marketplace features, improving plugin discovery and installation, and automating the review process.
Responsibilities include:
- Building new Marketplace features across the Grafana frontend, Go services, and grafana.com
- Improving how users find and install plugins
- Making it easier for developers to build, test, and publish plugins
- Automating and improving the review process for published plugins
- Supporting plugin installations and delivery in Grafana Cloud
- Collaborating with plugin developers and partners
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Golang and TypeScript
- Experience with React and building user-facing web applications
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices
- Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software
- Experience participating in on-call rotations and performing operations/SRE tasks
Nice to have:
- Experience building or publishing a Grafana plugin
- Experience working on a marketplace or app store
- Experience building developer tooling
- Strong experience working with Product Managers or external stakeholders
In the US, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Base compensation range for this role is $167,143 - $200,572.
