Description
We're seeking an Industrial Designer to join our team at Cisco. You'll play a key role in designing the company's portfolio of Collaboration devices. Working closely with UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you'll help refine our design language and ensure our products deliver exceptional value to customers.
Your Impact
- Develop a deep understanding of users and translate insights into clear user needs, compelling concepts, and practical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn design concepts into beautifully crafted, sustainable, high-tech products
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience, including installation and packaging
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Cisco's industrial design language
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Industrial Design
- Efficient in 3D modelling and rendering tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in using AI tools to improve the design process
- Experience in user-driven design and leading design processes
- Background in concept development and industrial design craftsmanship
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Awareness of current trends and theory in the field
