Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing professional to join our team in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
The successful candidate will participate in the production of registered products, ensuring compliance with company quality standards, national pharmaceutical and food quality standards, safety, and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in aseptic production work according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch production records
- Ensure data integrity by completing logbooks and batch records accurately
- Coordinate and participate in aseptic production to meet market demands for product quantity and quality
- Review batch records and manage materials in the SAP system
- Train new employees and conduct regular performance assessments
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and Pfizer's Quality Standards (PQS)
- Maintain equipment and ensure effective operation and management
- Implement safety and hygiene measures to prevent accidents and ensure a clean working environment
- Participate in the introduction of new products, equipment, and processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Develop training programs and ensure effective employee training
- Continuously improve production efficiency, product quality, and processes
- Comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, chemistry, or chemical engineering
- Knowledge of GMP, validation, and pharmaceutical regulations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
