Description
Join our collaborative and guest-obsessed team at Target, working in the Food and Beverage area. You will help create an experience that makes guests say, 'I love Target!' As part of the Food and Beverage team, you will ensure product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
The role involves providing guests with information on products, storage tips, and serving sizes. You will also gain knowledge of food seasonality, freshness, and quality, as well as food safety standards and routines.
Responsibilities:
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Providing excellent guest service
- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow a multi-step process
