Job Overview
As an Account Executive for Adaptive Pricing at Stripe, you will use your sales and deep product expertise to help drive growth in this space to users across ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients in ANZ, using deal qualification and opportunity management.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Adaptive Pricing, Payments, and checkout optimization.
- Understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe in this space, serving as both an internal and customer-facing expert.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize and relay customer feedback and findings to inform Stripe's product roadmap.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks alongside product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Stripe's products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company and a track record of top performance.
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
- Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners.
- Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical and product-led requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
