Description
Spire Bushey Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedic scrub experience and excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative setting
- Assess patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet patient's health and wellbeing
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security
- Contribute to quality improvement
Requirements:
- HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years scrub experience in Major Orthopaedics
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible, positive attitude
- Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification
