As a key member of our team, you will lead global projects, develop growth strategies for emerging bio pharma companies, and drive business transformation in the life sciences industry.
Our Management Consulting team specializes in the life sciences and healthcare industry, providing strategic consulting services to clients across various areas, including innovative drug development, commercialization, and market access.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects to solve client problems and deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and execute strategic themes, such as brand strategy, launch strategy, and digital strategy
- Create reports and proposal materials for clients and deliver high-quality presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business expansion
- Mentor junior team members and manage projects
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting or business strategy in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Japanese language skills required; English language skills a plus
