Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to serve and secure sales from retailers, ensure market hygiene by rotating FMCG goods at retail outlets, and expand wallet share captured at these outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales within assigned territory and customer portfolio
- Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new business opportunities
- Execute promotions, trade programs, and other commercial initiatives
- Follow up and collect outstanding payments from assigned customers/outlets
- Monitor due and overdue balances and escalate collection issues where required
- Maintain proper follow-up on customer payment commitments
- Complete assigned outlet visits and route activities
- Manage daily field activities effectively to support sales, collection, and customer servicing
- Comply with working hours, reporting arrangements, and field schedules
- Provide timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor
- Support customers and resolve or escalate sales, delivery, or payment-related issues
- Comply with Company policies, SOPs, and reasonable management instructions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of FMCG sales experience
- Experience in sales, trade marketing, FMCG
Salary:
- RM2,200 - RM2,500 a month
- Basic Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 2,500
- Additional Fixed Allowances:
- Vehicle Allowance: RM 200
- Fuel Allowance: RM 600
- Phone Allowance: RM 50
- Commission structure applicable
