Description
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in the London Borough of Newham. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' post-qualified experience as a Social Worker and a proven ability to work effectively within a diverse urban community.
The role involves working closely with residents, families, carers, and partner agencies to deliver high-quality, strengths-based practice. You will promote independence, review and right-size care packages where appropriate, undertake safeguarding responsibilities, and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £42,492 - £50,676 per annum, plus a £3,000 market supplement. We also provide excellent supervision, training, and development opportunities to progress your career.
