Description
We are seeking an Expert Technology and Processes (SME Technology) to join the LMSAT team in Ste-foy, Quebec.
The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to ensure mastery, optimization, and support of technologies, equipment, systems, and processes used in manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise for process-related activities
- Optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes to manufacturing processes
- Investigate deviations and identify root causes
- Support technology transfers and new process introductions
- Develop and share technical knowledge within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and external partners
Requirements:
- University degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical field related to manufacturing
- Experience in process development, formulation, filling, or other process steps
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing risks
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Experience with formulation or filling processes
- Knowledge of technology transfer and continuous improvement principles
