IQVIA is seeking a Data Offering Specialist for a 12-month contract.
The role involves developing new data offerings and enhancements to existing ones, ensuring they meet market needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage offering development projects from concept to launch, develop and implement a robust data transformation strategy, coordinate team members to create efficient and scalable ETL pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing new data offerings and enhancements to existing offerings
- Managing offering development projects from concept to launch
- Developing and implementing a robust data transformation strategy for existing data sources
- Coordinating team members to create efficient and scalable ETL pipelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and successful implementation of data solutions
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure offering alignment with business objectives
- Creating and maintaining relevant offering documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a data management role within well-structured and international companies
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing data engineering team
- Expertise in working with various types of databases, data modeling, and data transformation tools
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and best practices in data management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in data engineering processes and technologies
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus
- Focus on detail
- Proficiency in both Greek and English
