Description
We are seeking a Localization Quoting Specialist to join our team in Barcelona or Thessaloniki, Greece.
The purpose of this job is to assess the scope of each project and complete a project quote, communicating as needed to the Project Management team to ensure that the client's requests are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients
- Follow up on quotes to achieve the target acceptance rate
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback
- Detect new sales opportunities and retain existing accounts
- Discuss and plan sales strategies with Business Developers
- Advise clients on project management and expenses
- Implement sales actions to improve workflows and increase margins
- Meet targets in KPIs such as amount of money quoted, accepted, and price-per-project
- Communicate project information to necessary parties
- Convey client requests to Project managers
- Register correct information from clients when creating projects in the system
Education:
- Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree
- Master's degree is desirable
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to localization, translation, or project management
Skills & Knowledge:
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable
- Total command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MEMOQ, SDL, and FineReader is desirable
