Description
As a Lead Nightshift Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Chichester, West Sussex, you will lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, delivering replenishment activities for customers the following morning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a small team of managers overnight
- Delivering replenishment activities ready for customers the following morning
- Planning for upcoming key trading activities and events with the store leadership team
- People management, including pay and scheduling routines, training, communication, and employee relation activities
- Regularly taking full accountability for the store overnight, role modelling, and coaching for high standards and efficiency
- Ensuring the health and safety of colleagues working with you on a shift
The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, and proven success in delivering and improving KPIs.
