Description
We are seeking a Sr. Operations Representative to join our team in Alabang, Philippines.
Job Summary: As a Sr. Operations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to customers to address issues and questions responsibly
- Update account information as requested by customers
- Transfer customers to the appropriate department as needed
- Display expertise in product and service knowledge
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Complete and pass assessment of required web-based training within timelines
- Handle incoming calls to provide customers with credit card usage information, verification of payment, online technical support, and assist with other account-related concerns
Qualifications:
- At least high school level education
- At least 7 months of call center experience in a shared services or business process outsourcing background
- Fluent in English with excellent conversational skills
- Preferably with a financial or fraud background
