Description
We are seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the strategic transformation of our Technology and Data Risk Management technology platforms. As a Senior Director, Product Management, you will be part of a dynamic team that is on a mission to redesign how we manage risk. You will leverage technology and AI to make our risk management more nimble and lower risk.
You will be a key member of the Technology and Data Risk Management leadership team, leading a team of Product Managers, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive results. In this role, you will gain exposure to some of the key risk management processes and decision makers at Capital One.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

In terms of compensation, the minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:
- Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800
- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
