Description
Mastercard is seeking a Technical Program Management Analyst in Toronto to support its engineering Scrum teams and program management team. The role involves supporting delivery across multiple Scrum teams and products, planning and coordinating work, tracking timelines and dependencies, and facilitating communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support delivery across multiple Scrum teams and products
- Help plan and coordinate work across engineering, product, and partner teams
- Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery health
- Contribute to consistent program operations
- Operate within an Agile environment
- Facilitate clear communication across teams
- Contribute to broader program activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
Requirements:
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to build foundational program management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Clear and effective communicator
