Description
As a Project Lead Workspaces at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the structured and controlled implementation of multiple workspaces projects simultaneously within logistics locations.
You will plan and coordinate construction measures and ensure that our employees can work better, safer, and more efficiently every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects in the areas of construction, site relocation, and depot adaptations, and be responsible for planning, scope, quality, and budget in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical feasibility advice to stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring solutions meet blueprint requirements, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Create project plans, tender documents, and offers, and select suitable suppliers and service providers.
- Continuously monitor project goals and progress, identify risks early, and develop quick and pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure structured handover of completed projects to internal stakeholders, such as operations and workspaces, and verify that teams can efficiently use their new work environment.
- Evaluate projects both in terms of content and finance, and apply lessons learned to future projects.
