As a Software Developer - Go or PHP, you will be part of the AudioVisual Tribe, working on applications with team members in other locations (Poland, Austria, Slovakia, Norway). Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining services used by both internal users and external clients, using technologies such as PHP (Symfony), Go, React, TypeScript, MySQL (Aurora), Redis (ElastiCache), RabbitMQ (AmazonMQ), gRPC, REST API, GraphQL, k8s, Helm, AWS, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, NewRelic, SonarQube, and Mend.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Backend development experience with PHP or Go (2+ years)
- Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL)
- Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and queue systems
- Understanding of system monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, New Relic)
- Practice TDD and pair programming
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience with containerization (k8s, Docker, AWS)
- Experience in designing and working on highly scalable systems
- Experience with JavaScript and React
